Scope of Work

CCI Industrial Constructors was selected as the trade partner for steel erection, supporting a new ground up light industrial facility in Detroit, Michigan. The approximately 65,000 square-foot, two-story building consists of nearly 600-tons of conventional structural steel and bar joists.

Inside, the building will include a main entrance lobby, open and private offices, conference rooms & break rooms designed to support multiple internal divisions and accommodate future growth. Our team supported the project with fabrication, material procurement and erection of the structural & miscellaneous steel, bar joists and decking. Through extensive pre-construction planning, our teams worked alongside Gilbane as the construction manager and other trade contractors to optimize productivity and maintain schedule milestones.
