Examples of Manufacturing Solutions
When our customer needed to relocate a 150-ton press from Walled Lake, Michigan to Guaymas, Mexico, our team was ready for the challenge. Serving as the general rigging contractor, our team was responsible for fully decommissioning, transporting, reinstalling and commissioning the press. Due to the site constraints in Michigan, the press needed to be disassembled and lifted through the roof utilizing a 500-ton mobile crane. When the press arrived in Mexico, the project team was able to reinstall and commission three days ahead of schedule.
