Scope of Work

CCI Industrial Constructor’s structural division was selected as the steel erector for a new Research & Development building expansion. The new addition upgraded the current building layout with a new secure entrance and front-facing main office spaces. Additional cafeteria space was also added, along with an interior ramp and flex workspaces.

Our team supported the project with fabrication, material procurement and steel erection. With an aggressive schedule and limited footprint, logistics and coordination were critical for project success. Through extensive pre-construction planning and scheduling collaboration, our teams worked alongside other trade contractors to optimize efficiency while working around an active facility. Prior to mobilizing, our team presented a coordinated delivery cadence and proposed alternate pedestrian travel routes for employees.

With experienced supervision and trusted suppliers, our team helped keep the challenging schedule on track by coordinating logistics and sequencing plans across the site. The project was finished with no lost time incidents and ahead of schedule.
