Scope of Work

CCI was contracted by our energy client to provide self-perform civil/sitework services at the main utility pole yard. The project consisted of sitewide expansions to accommodate increased capacity and optimize efficiency throughout the facility. 

The scope of work included site layout and staking, excavating, and clearing approximately 9,250 sy of topsoil and grass, demolition of bunker walls, excavating 11,664 tons of soils, placement of 10,500 tons of 21AA for a new lot, installation of utility pole storage bunkers, final regrading & restoration of disturbed areas and reseeding.   

Our expertise working on critical civil projects, enabled our team to complete the work safely with no quality rework or disruption to the planned project schedule. In addition, our client received comprehensive value-analysis for additional future expansion plans.
