CCI Industrial Constructors Millwright/Rigging Division Installs 800-Ton Transfer Press In Blackwell, Oklahoma
BRIGHTON, MI (March 10, 2026) – CCI Industrial Constructors is excited to share that our self-perform millwright & rigging team has recently installed a new state-of-the-art 800-Ton Transfer Press.
Our team was contracted to provide turnkey rigging & installation services for the new press manufactured by Jier. The owner, a leading global brand in ground stabilization and soil reinforcement solutions, produces parts for polymer-based geogrid foundation systems that improve load-bearing capacity, reduce aggregates needs and extend the life of infrastructure by reinforcing soil. The installation supported new program upgrades to increase production capacity and update machinery with state-of-the-art technology.
CCI’s project team provided front-end preconstruction planning including cost modeling, lift planning and logistics coordination. The scope of work included installation of the vibration isolators, installation of the bed, upright columns, rods, moving bolster, and crown. In addition, our team supported all electrical and mechanical interconnects and commissioning. All critical lifts were executed utilizing a four-post 400-ton gantry system, 100-ton die cart and 40-ton rigger special. With a well-executed rigging & lifting plan and experienced millwrights/riggers, the project was performed on schedule with zero lost time incidents.
